For MSPs, consultancies & fractional CISOs

Every client is asking you
for an AI policy.

Give each one a policy tailored to their industry, headcount and actual tool stack — under your brand, on one invoice. Then let it maintain itself as the rules and the vendors keep moving, so you're the one telling clients what changed.

From $399/month for 10 client kits · Your branding · No resale price restriction

The ask is easy. The maintenance is the trap.

Writing one AI acceptable use policy is an afternoon. Writing twenty — each one honest about a different industry, a different headcount, a different set of approved tools — is a product you didn't plan to build. And the moment they're signed, they start going stale: a vendor changes its training terms, a state law takes effect, a model ships a feature that moves a tool from "approved" to "not for client data."

01

Generic policies read as generic

A client can tell when they've been handed a template with their name dropped in. It undercuts the advisory relationship you're being paid for.

02

Nobody budgets for revision

You can bill to write a policy once. Re-reading twenty of them every quarter to see which clauses went out of date is unbillable work that quietly falls off the list.

03

Stale policy is worse than none

A document that approves a tool the vendor has since changed the terms on is an active liability — and it has your name on the cover.

A roster, not a pile of documents.

You keep a list of client organisations. Each one has a live kit. Every month, all of them refresh.

Add a client

Industry, headcount, jurisdictions and the AI tools they actually use. Two minutes per client, and the tool list can start rough.

Get their kit

A four-document set — acceptable use policy, tool tier list, employee acknowledgement and a manager briefing — carrying your firm's name and logo.

It refreshes monthly

Every kit on your roster regenerates against current rules and current vendor terms, with a changelog naming what moved and why.

You deliver the news

The update lands with you, not your client. Forward it, brief them on it, or bill for the review — your call, your relationship.

What it costs you, and what it's worth.

A worked example at ten clients, using the retail price as the reference point. Your own pricing is entirely up to you.

Most partners don't line-item it at all — it folds into an existing compliance or vCISO retainer as a deliverable that shows up every month, which is usually the easier conversation than adding a new charge.

What's yours and what's ours.

Yours

The deliverable, and the relationship around it. Kits come to you unbranded, for your own cover and letterhead, so what reaches your client is yours. The client relationship, the billing, the price you set, and the credit for staying on top of it — all yours. Automatic branding inside the generated PDF is being built and lands at no extra cost.

Ours

The engine, the tool research, and the monthly regeneration. We stay behind the curtain — we never contact your clients, never market to them, and never appear in their inbox.

Negotiable

A branded subdomain so clients answer questions in an interface that looks like yours, larger rosters, and bespoke clause sets for a vertical you specialise in. That's the custom tier — tell us what you need.

Priced per roster, billed once a month.

Swap clients in and out freely — a plan is a number of active kits, not a list locked at signup.

Not sure of your roster size yet? Apply anyway and say so — we'll size it with you.

We're taking on a first group of partners.

Partner plans are new, and we're starting small on purpose — the first few partners get to shape what the roster view and the changelog actually look like, and get the verticals they work in covered first. Tell us who you serve and we'll come back to you personally, usually within two business days.

What partners ask first

Today, honestly: the delivery, not the file. Kits are produced for you to put your own cover, letterhead and contact details on before they reach your client - we never appear in front of them. Automatic branding baked into the generated PDF is being built now and is included at no extra cost when it ships; a branded subdomain for the generator itself stays a custom-tier item. We would rather tell you what this does today than what it will do.
You do, entirely. We don't contact your clients, don't market to them, and don't appear in their inbox. You hold the billing relationship and set your own price. We invoice you once a month for your plan, regardless of what you charge.
Monthly, each client kit you have with us is regenerated against the current rules and the current state of that client's approved tools, and comes back to you with a short written note on what moved and why. That note is written for you, not your client. You decide whether to forward it, brief the client, or bill for the review — the update lands with you, not with them, so you stay the adviser.
No, and you shouldn't present it as such. These are informational policy templates tailored to an industry, headcount and tool list — a strong starting point and a maintenance mechanism, not a substitute for counsel. Partners typically position it as the operational policy layer and route genuinely legal questions to an employment or privacy lawyer. Every document carries that disclaimer already.
Swap them out. Your plan is a number of active client kits, not a list locked at signup — tell us to drop a client and add another at any time within your count. Policies already delivered are the client's to keep; they simply stop being refreshed.
Yes. There's no resale price restriction. Most partners fold it into an existing compliance or vCISO retainer rather than line-iteming it, which is usually the easier sell.
Each tool profile is built from the vendor's own published terms — training-on-input policy, retention, whether a BAA is available, enterprise-vs-consumer differences — and reviewed on a schedule. You can see the current set in the public AI tool risk directory; the client kits use the same underlying data, filtered to the tools that client actually uses.

Stop writing the same policy twenty times.

Two business days to a reply, and a real conversation about your roster.
