I need a refund
Email us with the email address you used at checkout. We process full refunds within 30 days of purchase — see the Refund Policy. Refunds take 5–10 business days to return to your card.

I want to cancel my Monitor subscription
You can cancel at any time using the "Manage subscription" link in your Stripe receipt email, or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
I have a question about what the policy kit covers
The generator produces four documents: an AI Acceptable Use Policy, an AI Tool Tier List, an Employee Acknowledgment Form, and a Manager FAQ. Every document is informational and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before adoption. See the homepage for a full preview.
